Procedures for Contestants

   
1. Contestants are expected to be totally familiar with the contest Technical Standards prior to the SkillsUSA--Arizona Championships conference.
 
2. All contestants must report to the contest site for the contest orientation. The SkillsUSA Knowledge Test will be given as a station of the contest.
 
3.

ConContestants will be assigned a number and will only be known to the judges by their assigned number.
 

4. Contestants will draw for workstation assignments if the workstations are not identical.
 
5. Contestants will assemble at the contest site at the time announced by the Technical Committee Chair for last minute instructions. Contestants will have the tools and materials, as specified, by their specific contest rules.
 
6. Contestants will be given a job sheet explaining tasks to be performed.
 
7. Contestants may not smoke during their competition.
 
8. Contestants will be judged at the end of each assignment.
   
 

SkillsUSA Knowledge Test

 
Purpose
The SkillsUSA Knowledge Test will be used in the event of a tie between 2 or more contestants in your contest.

If you have a tied score, please visit the Headquarters room and our staff will provide the scores of the tied students.
